TechNow LLC ("TechNow," "we," "us," or "our") operates technow.ai (the "Site") and provides AI adoption, deployment, and advisory services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide directly: name, work email, company name, approximate team size, and any message you submit through our contact form, project inquiry form, or account management form. If you purchase a subscription or one-time service, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your billing information directly — we do not receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand site traffic and performance. These tools are designed to operate without cookies and without tracking individual visitors across sites.
Information from third-party tools: if you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) and video conferencing provider (Zoom) may collect information directly from you under their own privacy policies when you use their embedded widgets or services.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide quotes
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To deliver and support the Services you've purchased
- To send service-related communications (billing receipts, account notifications)

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information transmitted to and stored by us, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable third-party processors for payments and email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
