Terms of Service

1. The Services

TechNow provides automated checks, prioritized findings, explanations, and guided remediation for supported Microsoft Intune conditions. TechNow is not a managed IT service and does not administer or secure your environment on your behalf.

2. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Subscription plans bill monthly in advance at a flat rate.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. TechNow does not store your full payment card details.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via technow.ai/account. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund amounts already charged unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

3. Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law. Requests for exceptions can be sent to info@technow.ai and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information needed to deliver the Services, including authorized tenant access, to use the Services in compliance with applicable law, and to review recommendations and their potential impact before applying changes.

5. Third-party platforms

Delivery of the Services depends on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and related Microsoft platforms that TechNow does not own or control. TechNow is not responsible for outages, changes, output accuracy, or limitations of those third-party platforms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechNow's total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid TechNow in the three (3) months preceding the claim. TechNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms. You may terminate your subscription at any time as described in Section 2.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
