Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of technow.ai (the "Site") and the AI adoption, deployment, and advisory services (the "Services") provided by TechNow LLC ("TechNow," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

TechNow provides AI strategy, platform deployment (including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude), workflow automation, training, and advisory services under the AI Essentials, AI Partner, and Fractional AI Director plans described on the Site, as well as standalone one-time services and custom projects. Plan inclusions and pricing are as listed on the Site at the time of purchase.

2. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

  • Subscription plans bill monthly in advance at a flat rate.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe. TechNow does not store your full payment card details.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via technow.ai/account. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund amounts already charged unless required by law.
  • One-time services are billed in full at purchase and are non-recurring.
  • Custom projects quoted outside the fixed-price plans and one-time services are governed by the specific proposal or statement of work agreed to for that engagement.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

3. Refunds

Completed one-time services and custom project work are non-refundable once work has begun. Requests for exceptions can be sent to info@technow.ai and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information needed to deliver the Services (including relevant tool access and business context), to use the Services in compliance with applicable law, and not to use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it for business, legal, financial, or compliance decisions.

5. Third-party platforms

Delivery of the Services depends on third-party AI platforms — including OpenAI's ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Anthropic's Claude — that TechNow does not own or control. TechNow is not responsible for outages, changes, output accuracy, or limitations of those third-party platforms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechNow's total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid TechNow in the three (3) months preceding the claim. TechNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content or output.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms. You may terminate your subscription at any time as described in Section 2.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
